After about 3 weeks with no problem, the Queue manager hung and 1000's of
messages began accumulating in the spool directory.   I tried to stop the
service, but it didn't respond to the service control manager.  I forced it
to end with the KILL utility and restarted it but it didn't get far until
hanging again.   I rebooted the whole machine and it took off and hasn't had
a problem since.


   (Note to Declude users - an overloaded/blocked queue will not show up in
the overflow folder any longer.  I changed my monitor script to look
directly at the number of Q* files in the spool folder)
