Mike, since you have a Queue Manager service, I am assuming IMail version
8.0x.  Do you have either of the options "DNS Cache" or "Failed Domain
Skipping" selected under Queue Manager in the IMail Aministrator?  If so,
you may want to try disabling both.  We experienced the same kinds of issues
when we had these enabled, and since disabling a couple of months ago, have
not experienced any queue related problems since.

I am a Declude user, but I'm not sure I understand what you mean by the
above statement?
