When we were testing out carrier scan, we noticed that it would only work on one of the IP addresses. We use three different IP's one for Spam filtering only, one for unfiltered, and one for spam and anti virus.
Whenever we tried to bind it to the IP which happens to be the primary domain, it would back up all the email in the spool. It seems to only work on one IP address. Unfortunately when bound to that IP address it scans the email for viruses even though AV is unchecked on that domain. go figure. Has anyone out there got any words of wisdom?
