Hello All, I need to pick some brains here. I'm looking for an application that will allow true remote administration and control of laptops/systems for a regional software pilot we're working on. These are Windows XP laptops that will be behind firewalls in different states. The problem is I only have control of my own firewall. So, I need to have a solution that will allow seamless control without having to bother with firewall changes. (maybe using port 80?)
I know that Windows XP has an app called Remote Assist which may work but I have no experience with it. Can anyone recommend anything? Thanks in advance for any help y'all provide.
