I'm helping a friend set up Imail/Declude for his small system. The few users he has are VERY computer illiterate. Has anyone built any type of Imail rules web interface that allows "These are the headers we are having inserted by Declude -- click the checkboxes beside the ones you want to use for blocking mail then click submit"??
I can probably write up a short doc that explains how to view headers in spam and non-spam to see what declude is hitting on (I'm setting it up to use WARN only -- no deletes or holds). Teaching them all how to do things like open multiple windows and switch between them while using cut/paste to create rules through the standard web interface is probably a bit much. Using two keys at once like CTRL-C/CTRL-V or ALT-TAB is beyond most of them <sigh>. Saying "right-click" to them generally gets a response like "is that with the button on the right side or the left side?". I'm trying to do what I can for him then I'm walking away. I'm documenting as best I can for future sucker^H^H^H^H^H^H Potential Mail Admins that he molests so I can walk away with a mostly clear conscience.
