More info As the last tim we tried to move to this new server the queue where building and building on the gateway servers
So now I rolled back to the old server and in less than 15 minutes I have delivered more than 25% of the queue. Out of this I conclude that Imail 7.x and 8.x does not run very well with heavy traffic on w2003. I really hoped that the upgrade would solve all the problems but it just got it a little better than on 7.x. Looking into the list I see that some mention the nic's as a problem but it's the same onbord nic's from intel on both the new and the old server, so I believe that shouldn't be the problem. I have 2 nic's in my server is it possible to set the same ip address on both cards ? to see if it works better on the other ?
