I've modified the .bat file we fire from a scheduled task with a line to
delete all *.txt files generated from a previous run and now the process
takes just 5 seconds to complete.

We're using ExtractUsers from
http://dev.myownemail.com/Imail/ExtractUsers.htm

# extractusers.bat
del x:\export\*.txt
x:\imail\extractusers -f x:\export
# end

Hi David,

We had a similar problem. The fix was to delete all the files in the -f
destination from previous extractions.

Hope this helps.
