No. The DNS server that answers for your domain must have a reverse entry for your server as well.
Just to clarify this a bit -- that should read "The DNS server that answers for your domain must have a reverse entry for your server as well, *and* must be delegated to handle the reverse DNS for the IP." Without delegation, nobody will end up at those DNS servers.
There is another (easier) option, which is to have your Internet provider handle the reverse DNS (instead of delegating it to your DNS servers).
