1. My IP was in the "relay for addresses" config. 2. The emails were not delivered. They went into some kind of loop.
In this case, you passed the test. If someone tries to relay an E-mail through your mailserver and can't do it, you aren't an open relay. That's one of the problems with open relay testers -- they can sometimes tell you immediately with very high accuracy that you are *not* an open relay, but they cannot immediately tell you with very high accuracy that you *are* an open relay. What they are essentially saying is "You may be an open relay -- if the E-mail we tried relaying is delivered, you are."
