Just tried Popcorn, I like that it only grabs the headers, cleared 6K emails
in only a few minutes.  I'll try 'The Bat' next and see how that works.

Also, what's a good place to start reading up on IMAP, I've heard it
mentioned for awhile, but never actually looked into it.
