You are correct, I am Nating and my public IP is 62.219.165.29.  What do you
mean " add 62.219.165.29 as a secondary address"?  Were you referring as a
secondary IP to the IP config on the server?

There's two possibilities I cam think of off hand:

1) You're NATing your public IP 62.219.165.29 to some private IP
   address. If this is the case add 62.219.165.29 as a secondary address.

2) You're assigning the address via DHCP. IMail won't recognize the
   literal form as itself (even if its a static reservation), you have
   to assign it manually.
