Hello, I'm currently running IMail v8.05 using an external database server for user
information. The problem I'm experiencing is that with the external database IMail
no longer recognizes the limit placed on the number of users as applied to each
domain. For instance, if domain.com is limited to 50 mailboxes the system no longer
prevents the addition of mailboxes over a quantity of 50, so the user can add a 51st,
52nd, and so fourth. I was told by IPSwitch that this functionality does not work
when using an external user database. So I'm wondering if anyone has found a
work-around for this. It seems very odd to me that this is not a more major issue
given the number of places this information often has to be exported to, i.e. billing
and customer management systems. Any advice would be appreciated.

Regards,

Mike
