Imail will not stop you from creating more users that you should be allowed to create. For instance, if you tell the system that a particular domain is limited to 50 users, it should (and will with Imails internal flat file) stop you from adding a 51st user. Using an external database it will not. The Host Administrator can add as many has he/she likes.

You could use the same principal and make your SQL query look like: Select Top 30 * From tablename Order by somefield Normally I wouldn't put the order by in there but since you want to grab the 1st X records in the order they were created. You don't want the last account created to show if it's over X. I hope thats not to confusing. My only question is, will imail not let you create that last user? Or will it, and it just not work?
