I've emailed Ipswitch in regards to the order in which email is processed. They simply pointed me to a page from the manual which shows the order of evaluation:
1. Trusted IP Addresses 2. Verification checks 3. Connection Filtering 4. White List I'm suggesting to them that it should be: 1. Trusted IP Addresses 2. White List 3. Verification checks 4. Connection Filtering 5. etc... That way ANY address on my whitelist is going to get through. Doesn't this just seem like common sense? Right now I'm struggling with getting an email through to my boss and it constantly gets flagged as spam and there is seemingly nothing I can do about it which is frustrating to say the least. jim To Unsubscribe: http://www.ipswitch.com/support/mailing-lists.html List Archive: http://www.mail-archive.com/imail_forum%40list.ipswitch.com/ Knowledge Base/FAQ: http://www.ipswitch.com/support/IMail/
