In my experience, five-ten is not the only
pre-configured blacklist to yield lots of false
positives - ybl is pretty bad, too. The best
combination I've found is:

list.dsbl.org
spamsources.fabel.dk
dnsbl.ahbl.org
sbl.spamhaus.org
bl.spamcop.net
dnsbl.njabl.org
cbl.abuseat.org
