Thanks to everyone that responded to my question regarding forwarding all our mail off our server to another box for delivery of our mail from off our network.
I have another question, that I think I know the answer to already (Thanks David!), but wanted your advice on how to proceed. Say I want iMail to forward to another mail server only those messages destined for the rr.com domain. I know I can add an entry in the HOSTS file to do this (Thanks again, David!). However, roadrunner uses "sub-hosts" on the rr.com domain, depending on where the mail is destined, i.e. stny.rr.com, or austin.rr.com. How can I make one entry (somewhere?) that looks solely at the rr.com portion of the destination address, and forwards that message to another server for eventual delivery? Is there a way to do this in the OUTBOUND RULES or in the equivalent of the HOSTS file, without knowing (and tediously programming into a HOSTS file) all of the hosts on the rr.com domain? Sorry for the newbie question on this one... marc To Unsubscribe: http://www.ipswitch.com/support/mailing-lists.html List Archive: http://www.mail-archive.com/imail_forum%40list.ipswitch.com/ Knowledge Base/FAQ: http://www.ipswitch.com/support/IMail/
