Ah -- in that case, the problem is almost certainly on their end.

In the IMail SMTP log file, that message means that the remote mailserver 
isn't accepting E-mail to the domain that you are sending to.  They do not 
realize that it is their own domain.  This sometimes happens when people 
have a backup mailserver that they do not have permission to use.
