There is a company called Masergy that uses MPLS to carry data across their network. They package the management software and equipment into the bandwidth they sell. I just finished writing an article on how they use MPLS technology for America's Network Magazine. There is a very basic overview of how MPLS works on their website. It is at http://www.masergy.com/internet/products/html/index.jsp .
