Just had a thought, take a look at the headers, get the IP of the
originating server, see if that translates to an overseas subnet, then post
the subnet here.  Then the rest of us who get similar messages can post
their subnets till we get a nice little list of what subnets and/or ips to
block.

Just an idea.

They won't stop by themselves.  :)  I, however, haven't had a single one
reach me, out of the thousands that have tried.

In other words:  What are you doing to try to stop them?
