Here are some rules that I have used with some effectiveness. Stuff
definitely still gets through, but not as much.

B~bank!AND!B~lagos!AND!B~nigeria!AND!B~million:spam
B~Nigeria!AND!B~Business Proposal!AND!B~confidential!AND!B~bank:spam
B~Nigeria!AND!B~confidential!AND!B~urgent!AND!B~assistance:spam
B~Nigeria!AND!B~I am!AND!B~bank!AND!B~confidential!AND!B~transaction:spam
