The other ppl who posted are probably correct, our IP address is part of a block from our ISP, listed in some bogus spam DB. In which case, unless I am able to contact this domain directly, I am assuming there isn't anything I can do.
No, they are probably not correct. I haven't heard of a single person blocking E-mail listed in BLARSBL. And if they are, the problem is on *their* end, not yours.
But you were given an address to contact, so they can give you the full story. :)
