Gee…this smells of the AOL argument again!!  Overzealous admins blocking everything to prevent bad stuff from coming in.  It’s also possible to avoid spam by removing yourself from the internet (or the gene pool)!

You can call your recipient and see if it is possible to get  whitelisting.   

 

There was an address in the log on the line of the 554 error that I've emailed and am waiting to hear back from.

 

Even if we are not being blocked because of this list, this brings up a question that I'd like to throw out there to all the mail admins..

 

 Is this becoming common practice to just deny entire IP address blocks due to listings on spam databases?
