No, in our case it was a setting that was not backed up in the IPSWITCH
tree of the registry. It was "force subscribe to ... Mailboxes". It was
not checked in the new installation, and it has the effect, that the
Outlook 2000 clients have very slow access to their mailboxes, although
they have all of them subscribed.

If it is checked as now, everything is fine. I can`t read that meaning
from the help or from the manual.

In our situation Webmail was fast as before.

In the new version IMAP uses much more memory than before. Webmail uses
a lot of memory. Maybe you are low on memory? Our new hardware has 2 GB
of memory, and up to 2,5 GB virtual memory is used sometimes. Heavy IMAP
with 500 users, some POP3, few webmail.
