[IMail Forum] One email address not able to send us mail

There is one client who cannot send us email.  I don't see anything in the spam logs.  The only thing the logs record is this.   unacceptable mail address in MAIL   They are not in my kill file either.  Any reason Imail wouldn't accept it?
