Man I looked through my kill.lst 30 times, and didn't see it.  Now suddenly

Check your SMTP "Kill list" in IMail Administator.  I'll be you have
"hinet.net" or some variation in there.  If not, double-check and
triple-check the Kill List for anything that would block that address.
