I can't seem to find a way to do this, but is there a way for IMail to authenticate when using a gateway? There is a service that I can use to relay mail for me to get around this AOL, EarthLink, etc. thing where they won't accept mail from servers on dynamically assigned circuits.Silly question:
how the heck are you recieving mail if you have a dynamic ip addy? unless you are using dome dynamic dns service such as no-ip.... Wouldnt it be easier to just get a single static ip from your isp?
i know this has nothing to do with the solution just wondering why one would run a legimitate mail server without assigned ip addresses..
However, to do this I need the IMail server to authenticate.
I tried using my ISP as a gateway and this isn't working. AOL and others are still rejecting my mail.
