About 20% of the mail my clients send to GOOD email addresses some aol, others not, that bounces back
as unknown host from OUR server.

This is very upsetting to them and me because before IMail these emails worked fine.

WHAT can I do to fix this? I am desperate for help on this!

What do your IMail SMTP log file entries show?

Note that you have a couple issues on your end that need to be taken care of -- specifically, 209.73.244.54 has no reverse DNS entry (AOL will likely block your E-mail), and you were listed in DSBL for being an open relay and haven't been removed yet.
