Is the example "FKGIRLEL. exe" the name of the file inside the zip file?  Or
is that the name of the file attached to the email?

It could be either. All I have investigated is the filenames within the .ZIP files (since a virus scanner probably doesn't know or care the name of the .ZIP file, it only may care about the name when it is inside an encrypted file within a .ZIP file).
