You  can't  really  think  that, without providing any log snippets or
contacting  the  recipient  domain, we can magically tell you why that
domain's Exchange server rejected your mail!

The  bounce  sent by Exchange indicates simply that the recipient does
not  exist  in  their  domain. There's no way to tell whether that's a
"secret  code"  for  a  problem  with your reverse DNS.

Generally speaking, the domain of your server's PTR record can only be
judged relative to your (non-well-known) envelope sender domain if you
have  specifically  published policies, such as SPF, that recommend to
remote  senders that they look for certain patterns in this data. It's
very,  very  unlikely that this Exchange site is doing such processing
in  an  unsolicited,  custom  form.  It's  more  likely  that they are
checking to see if your PTR has a corresponding A record pointing back
to  your server's IP, but I doubt they're even doing that increasingly
common check; I'd bet the recipient address just plain is not known to
that server, as stated.
