Anyone have any idea why this might be happening?

I am wondering if has something to do with the company that IMail is trying to deliver to and something to do with their reverse look up zone.

No. It is a problem on their end.

This is a message from an Exchange server -- it means that the account [EMAIL PROTECTED] doesn't exist. If it really does (as often seems to be the case with Exchange!), it's a problem on their end.
