I've been reading and posting to this forum for almost 1 year. I'm tired of reading the SMART A$$ remarks when people ask for help here. I've seen new users as well as old users posting and they are being attacked by Mr & Mrs.
Know It Alls! I agree, you should first look for yourself but the knowledge base isn't the easiest to find information.
Our joint knowledge of Imail and other applications is a valuable resource, that's why so many people are part of this list. If you feel you have the most toys..Guess what, you win!
Before you jump to a conclusion and think someone didn't read the knowledge base, type your email, read it again and then delete it if you're attacking or give that person the benefit of the doubt and send the link to the answer. Better yet, just answer the question. When you go to the grocery store or home improvement center, do you go look for the product yourself or do you look for the first employee to direct you to the correct aisle? Quit shooting from your hip case you'll miss.
