Thanks guys! I have been out of the Imail loop for so long I forgot that
they had KBs  :)
I was just trying to help someone else who needed this configuration.

Yes, There is also one other thing you need to do and that's to add the IP
address of your exchange server to your 'Allowed IP addresses' under SMTP
security.

I know this is easily found in the KB - but trying to help out on these
lists when I can.
