Matt do a NSLOOKUP on their DNS server for mail.cost-less.com

NSLOOKUP
> server their_ip
> set type=mx
> mail.cost-less.com

Then just change the server to query other DN servers

Doing this will tellyou where the problem is. If their IPS still is
reporting the old information thei it is definatly their problem and you
will have the information to porrve it to them.
