I experienced this about a month ago. I found that one of my employees had uninstalled and reinstalled the symantec Corporate anti-virus. This reset the settings and Symantec was checking all my mbx files. It would then try to quarantine the mbx and then webmessaging would goto 100%. I reset those settings and I was back to normal. needless to say someone doesn't have access to the server anymore. lol
