Travis- FWIW - If I'm not mistaken, that file is the graphic that gets displayed in the front page of the web interface login screen. You can create a custom logo for the primary host and each of any virtual hosts you may have created. The specific procedures are listed in the product documentation. Placing a 1x1 gif will work, but it eliminates the logo (unless this is what you intended).
