I've never seen any documented size dimensions from IpSwitch. As it is simply an html reference to a graphic, the browser will display whatever gif image you throw at it.
We have several virtual hosts with a different logo for each domain. When we created the logos, it was simply a process of picking a size, posting it, and then seeing how it looked. The biggest concern was sizing it so as not to cause the page to reflow/display screwy when viewed at our minimum screen size requirement (600x800). Not the most efficient process, but it did work.
