Under the User Pull Down Menu, there is an option for the Edit Address Book. Under this menu, there is an option to set to contact list - ie all Middle School Teachers has 4-6 teachers Then add the email address below.
If the user wish to had a single email address then use Email Address enter the name and address as appropriate. Once added, the users uses the compose then address book pull down menu then pick to: CC: or BCC: through the hyperlinks.
