I have just started using the spam filtering features & found a legit
message that got marked as spam by failing the Verify HELO/EHLO Domain test.
I currently have my settings to insert X-Headers on all 3 of the available
checkboxes, as well as the DNS Blacklists. I have a rule set that moves any
message with these X-Headers to my spam mailbox. My question is what can I
do, or tell my customers they can do to avoid this? I have added their IP
address to the trusted IP Addresses page, but this is a large company with
branch offices all over the country, so I'm sure they may have more than one
mail server out there. Is it safe to not use Verify HELO/EHLO Domain?
