I have D files left in my spool directory after the mail has been delivered. This only seems to happen only when someone does a mail merge. The merge goes to our Exchange server which sends out the mail. Most of the mail then goes to IMail accounts. I've check and the mail is being delivered but some of the D files do not get deleted. Any one else seen this problem?
Are you running the latest version/hotfix of IMail? Specifically:
04/21/2004 09:14:24 Q81ad0abb00e08ed4 Error 183 creating temp directory d:\IMAIL\spool\D81ad0abb00e08ed4.vir\.
This will occur if Declude is started twice. I believe that there was a recent version of IMail that was doing that on rare occasions, but that it was fixed.
