I'm thinking about that anyway Scott but I am no longer holding my breath waiting for Ipswitch to solve a problem they don't seem to have a clue about what's causing it.

I am already using Declude and am quite impressed with the product.

You are welcome to try the free 30-day evaluation version of Declude JunkMail, in order to shut down the IMail v8 anti-spam. That will help determine that the cause is indeed the IMail v8 anti-spam, and should give you enough time to wait for a patch from Ipswitch.
