pls urgent

If something is urgent, you must first look at your IMail log files. That is vital to running a mailserver.


I have clients who try to send mails to AOL accounts and she gives back them
after trying it 20 times.  Why?

The log file will let you know more details on why this is happening (whether IMail is going to the correct IP(s), whether AOL is responding with a temporary error of some sort, whether it is not accepting the connection, etc.).
