I have installed ws_ping propack anin lookup I put

I have seen http://support.ipswitch.com/kb/IM-19981110-DD02.htm
And I have configurate PTR reverse of my ip and all it say.
I don�t understand because not connect with aol.com

If something is urgent, you must first look at your IMail log files. That
is vital to running a mailserver.

The log file will let you know more details on why this is happening
(whether IMail is going to the correct IP(s), whether AOL is responding
with a temporary error of some sort, whether it is not accepting the
connection, etc.).
