Tried Sandy's gyration method and it does work. Got Apache and Web Messaging to both work on port 80. Don't know how to automate it yet but that's for next week. Fortunately this server doesn't reboot often.

In order to get 2 web services running one will have to be listening on a different port unless you want to go through the gyrations of Sandy's solution that has been posted here a few times and is in the archives.
