And guess what? You have HIPA laws that you must follow. Our lawyers require any outgoing mail to have return receipts, no exceptions. As emails are subpoenaed more and more, expect to be required to do the same, whether the recipient has ignore for return receipt or not.
If it bothers you, 1) Turn it off or 2) use the rule written for you to delete all correspondence from me. -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Bill Landry Sent: Wednesday, May 19, 2004 1:31 PM To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: Re: [IMail Forum] Request to IPSwitch to please remove RMilner from the IMail ----- Original Message ----- From: "RMilner" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > Considering I even wrote a one line rule for you to delete all my messages, > I'd love to see how you cry to spammers to take you off their email lists > instead of doing what would take you 5 seconds in a cut and paste. > > I see you have not supplied any answers to anyone on this list this month - > in fact it appears you have only posted 2 "answers" in the last 90 days. > Great contributions! > > Ditto that on a search of messages from Joe Wolf and AndyB. > > If I or others that try to answer people who your "click" choose not to > answer and get blown off the list, so be it. Guess what, just like laws are laws and regulations are regulations, rules are rules, whether anyone takes advantage of them or not, they are to be followed and adhered to. You are a consistent and intentional rule-breaker, so I would suggest that if you do not like the list rules, or do not want to abide by them, then either voluntarily leave the list, or IPSwitch should take steps to ban you from the list.
