How about you set up your own private email account, and use THAT to participate on
this list, so that we are not subjected to your (inaccurately and inappropriately
advised) configuration? Can't do that at work? Then do it from home. I imagine
that whomever pays your salary wouldn't be too thrilled with you wasting time "helping
others" on this list on their company time ANYWAY. Read Receipts are NOT legally
required... that's baloney. Case in point -- just because you receive a read receipt
doesn't mean that your message was read, or that the message was read by the party
that was intended.

But that's not the argument here. The argument is, according to you, that the rules
for this list are in conflict with the rules for your workplace. Well dude, all we
can say is, "screw you, the LIST was here first." We don't care about the rules at
YOUR workplace -- we have rules here. And if enforcing those rules means losing you
as a participant, "Oh Well"... we survived before you were here, and we'll survive
after you are gone. We shouldn't all be punished just because someone else made a bad
decision for your organization's email policies!!

You are just wrong on so many levels... but I'm starting to believe you are just
sitting back and enjoying all this attention and fury, like a good troller would do.

I cast my vote to remove this person from the list as well. My apologies for
continuing an off-topic thread, but if the people who manage the list are not willing
to enforce their own rules/guidelines, what's the point in having them?
