I bet his lawyers are the same one's SCO uses... Frivolity may be a passion of rmilner; it is certainly not a passion of the professional people that belong to this list. I am surprised to find an email admin so vehement to do as a lawyer tells him to do...especially when it creates this much negative energy. If there is some type of vote, I cast him to be removed as well...
