You purchased it in 2002 and had problems with it, then purchased it again
in 2003 and are having problems with it again, and now you want to pay a lot
of money to them again?

I would urge you to contact Ipswitch tech support, and either have them
resolve the problem or look into more reasonable options.  For example, our
software has been around for years longer than IMail AntiVirus, and has
proven to be more reliable.  If you want, I can get you a free 30-day
evaluation version, so you can see not only that it doesn't have the
problems that IMail AntiVirus does, but you can also see what slips through
IMail AntiVirus.
