Certainly seems you've got a lot of happy users on this list. Can't say I've ever heard a complaint about Declude. I'll encourage the powers-that-be to take a look and consider it instead of renewing a subscription to a faulty product (although I have a feeling they've already done that instead of waiting for my opinion on the matter).
