I have so much problem filtering attachment properly.
It is important to remember that there is no magic solution to blocking attachments using filters -- filters just aren't flexible enough to do so with a high level of accuracy (anti-virus software or other content management software is necessary to do so with 100% accuracy). Filters will both have false positives (blocking E-mails without the attachment you are trying to block) and false negatives (not blocking some E-mails with the attachment you want to block).
Of course, if you have no AV software and you are OK with the drawbacks, filters can be a viable option.
