To make sure I get this right too, it's:

C:\imail\web   is all domains not specialized
C:\imail\web\domain.com    is "domain.com" with special templates

Is that correct?

Simply copy the templates to the virutal and go from there...  Each virtual
can have it's own set of templates whether it is IP-based or IP-less.
